Why are Japanese marines up to 20 strength in the Solomons scenario and US Marines back to only 10?

They should all be 10. This is at regiment level. Divs in this scenario are 30.

It does make it challenging, very enjoyable scenario, I got wpp the day it came so its been a bit and I only recently tried the Solomons scenario very good little game within a game thanks!

I decided and tested that scenario for SC2 Assault on Democracy when I made it. So I had all the OOBs for it. I think it is one of the most interesting naval campaigns of the war.
