PayPal At Checkout Not Working

Trying to purchase game using PayPal.
When at payment screen you have have the option to purchase using a credit card or PayPal.
If you select PayPal and select "Submit Order" a new screen appears saying "Error, Return to payment area".
Once selecting "Submit Order" the next screen should be the login screen for us to log into PayPal however, it does not.

This is for others who may have a similar issue like mine.
Matrix support responded to my initial email very quickly however, they could not reproduce my problem and they suggested attempting to purchase the game via a different device.
I originally was using my computer. Next, I attempted to use my IPad however, I received the same error message.
Next, I double checked my info already on file, since I had logged on to my Matrix account before purchasing.
In that info I noticed that the field listing my phone number was missing 3 digits however, this issue was never directly notifying me of a problem.
Once I corrected the phone number, I was able to purchase the game with no problems at all.
So bottom line is that even though I had a "required field" missing the required information to allow the transaction, I was never given any message to inform me of the problem, and all I would receive was "Error, Return to Payment Area".
