Any chance of a link to a downloadable PDF manual on how to use it in more detail.

Ian, the complete Jonesoft Mod Enabler package is located at Tools > JSGME subfolder, including the original guideline. I hope this helps!

If you have any questions, just give me a holler! As you have the Middle East game, I'd suggest also having a look how things are done there, to see how the logic with the mod enabler plays out. It is quite a useful tool, I could not live without it anymore, nor do I know of anything similar being available out there.
