it's a barely-veiled political reference to Meat Loaf's public stances against COVID mitigation measures
(note, I am *NOT* taking a stand either way; I'm interpreting the reference for someone who did seem to know what it was)

Considering the no politics rule then it is an unnecessary insult to a recently deceased individual.
