Russia is receiving twice supplies from USA 80+80
There's no way to win with Axis this way
How do I fix this?
Soviet Unior receives supplies through Vladvostok and Via Barsa
two times? this is unfair

Well get better and cut the Lines. i lost alot of Games against AI in the Start. When you start to understand how the Game works, than you will notice that UdssR is still very Fragile

It is possible to reduce the flow of US supplies to the USSR.
Persia - These funds will cease if the Axis control any hex on the land route from Basra through Isfahan, Tehran and Rasht to Baku, or if there is an Axis naval unit within 10 hexes of Basra Port.
Vladivistok - Japan will be advised that it can prevent the flow of 30 MPPs reaching the USSR by placing naval units in the hexes adjacent to Vladivostok port. If the Axis do impede the flow of supplies, then the USSR will be presented with DE 407 that will enable them to attack the Axis naval units outside Vladivostok. Additionally, if the Axis capture Vladivostok, Honolulu, San Francisco or Los Angeles then the US will stop sending aid to the USSR because of the changed situation in the Pacific.
