Error message trying to play PBEM

Getting an error message trying to play a PBEM game.
Sorry to hear about the trouble here, and the only thing I can think of if this is a new issue, is something either operating system related or anti-virus related.
For example, if you try whitelisting the game in your anti-virus software, does this issue go away?
