Decision "Militia commemorative plaque" doesn`t give militia points regardless of choice.
Update: Found out that I have generated the world in 1.10.4b and started playing in January after 1.10.4 patch, my bad.

That is not a issue. The b in this case means "not quite 0.5" rather then "Beta".
In any case, Vic just declares a current beta as live version. Version number and everything. So you are as live as you can be.
