To apply: Unzip to the CMO installation directory, overwriting as necessary (backup the existing Command.exe, just in case)

Build 1147.41 Release Notes (changes from Build 1147.40)

* ADDED: Three QoL requests from forum: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.a ... 4&mpage=11
- Able to sort planes/boats in the air operations/boat operations by ready time / loadout
- Ability to hide/show unavailable aircraft on Air-Ops window.
- Hangar/dock now show capacity occupied/total capacity (occupied percentage)
* Added menu button to delete waypoint and shortcut info
* FIXED: Changing mission creates unnecessary way point
* FIXED: Delete shortcut not working --- Deleting a waypoint was deleting units in some cases
* TWEAK: Aircraft with phased-array radars crank more conservatively (reduced angle off-target) to compensate for the reduced radar off-boresight gain
