Please fix your new member filter

Currently, new members are not allowed to post phone numbers or hyperlinks.
However, your filter scans posts and incorrectly flags it as containing phone number and / or hyperlinks, when in fact, it was just using a harmless '-'.
It even flags quoted comments of others as a violation. I have had to edit quoted content or delete it entirely.
Please fix this.
