Operation Camargue

In operation Camargue I cannot load passengers on a lcvt because the hex, in which the units, are is overstacked. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
It's not a bug, it's just an issue with the arrival of the reinforcements, which will be fixed in the 1.10 UPDATE to be released in a couple weeks.
Unfortunately, the fix won't impact ongoing games.
That being said, if you send me or post your save file, I can fix the issue for your current.
