Fire Mode

Why when in fire mode will my cursor, crosshair skip over a desired target/hex and zoom around the map? Am I missing something? Seems like visibility, ammo and action points all seem like firing should not be a problem as I notice this.

This is an issue with some systems with the Options - Scrolling - Windows Edge options
It is recommended to use the Options - Scrolling - Screen Edge option
