Export port ships freight to another export port

Is it ok that export port send freight to other export port via naval transport??
I have no idea what ***** and !!!!! means in logistics report.

Why would you even use import ports on the other end if export/export seems to work

Probably because of that naval shipment that used cargo ships - Leningrad gets much less freight than it can if there is no such freight movement.

Also I see this strange freight movement for multiple turns (to exclude possibility of local accidents and mistakes as some might think, multiple turns!)
I think there is shorter way to get freight to Odessa, Constanta, Mariupol (it is near Stalino) than from Hel which is in Poland near Danzig/Koenigsberg

well its either the system using naval transfers for the civilian economy or factory-factory transfers
or, of course, that the game is utterly biased against the German side

I do not agree with the first sentence
Compare this two results.
Clearly it is freight movement. Just freight. There are no factories in Odessa, Constanta, Mariupol.
With a second one I tend to agree
the entire game is an anti-german design [8D]
