Fixed A.I. return to base procedure so they don't stack in a minor port
Fixed fleet overstacking
Change air convoy raiders now have a 10% chance to take a strength hit per escorts in the convoy lane
Added to manual air convoy raiders under air units
Fixed undo free oil bug when undoing a move for an oil using unit with no oil
Added units in loops to stats report
##Fixed default language to English in editor for date time
Fixed air vs naval where bomber damage after interception only shows AA damage
Fixed armor/mech/motorized urban rugged flag movement bug costing +1 opts in damaged rail
Fixed A.I. will better reinforce and upgrade units
Added ability to choose reinforce or upgrade unit or both
Change color text in combat log to be lighter for colorblind players
Change overruns now have an added requirement of the unit being at 1/3rd strength or less, otherwise it retreats
Fixed minor country undo embark transport used bug
Added specialty add on for build queue items in editor
Fixed the mystery of negative merchant marine
