Pilot Training Color Codes (Green/Orange)

What is the difference between green and orange/red training numbers? Does one show an increase or decrease? I checked the pilot addendum in the manuals folder but the colors weren't mentioned. Example attached.

I believe green means an increase within the last day and orange designates an increase within the last month.

The orange designates an increase within the current calendar month, so they all reset after the last day of the month.

When a pilot is credited with a "kill" there is an increase in experience of a couple of points that day. That is clear. I don't believe the "kill" numbers ever change color, but I could be wrong.

See section 7.1, "Orange means that that experience increased in the last month. Green means the last day."
(I believe this is also a sticky). Note the posts age, so a few items may have been updated by the various beta's, patches or mods you may be using. What I really like about this excellent effort is the numerous references the author cited on the forum, many of which are directly from the developer(s) and support team.
