Do Subs benefit from Naval Warfare tech? The manual just says "– improves the unit morale of all
naval units by 10%, and Carriers and Escort Carriers by 5%, as well as the unit’s chance of avoiding any losses when attacking by 5%"

Also does the bit about "unit’s chance of avoiding any losses when attacking by 5%" apply to just Carriers or to ALL naval units? Thanks

Yes, specifically, it gives Subs a +10% morale boost.

I am not sure how that works, though - does it add 10 to their morale or add 10% to their morale? For example, does a Sub on 75% morale when the tech is researched get +7.5% morale (to 83%) or +10 morale (85)? And how long does it last? +10 to the formula or +10% to the formula each turn?

It adds each turn, and increases it in relative terms, rather than absolute terms, i.e. it doesn't simply add an extra 10 to the unit's morale.

I presume Infantry Warfare and Aerial Warfare etc. work in much the same way?

Yes, all the morale boosting techs work in the same way.
