Air Freight Depot

In order to secure freight to be air lifted a valuable addition would be dedicated air freight depots that could be created where transport groups are based. The priority setting would make sure that a certain amount of freight is there at all times. Another option would be to be able to order regular depots to store a certain amount that isn't sent forward to any other units than transports. As it is now I have a hard time figuring out how to have spare freight to air lift. Sometimes it is in priority 2 depots and sometimes in 4. Sometimes close to the front and sometimes far away from it. Having control over this would make operations in poor supply situations more manageable.
