Hi, the event '(Major Regime) Forsees War' buffs fist profile with both options to assuage opinion and not to. Screenshot of the event is attached.

The second profile modifier in diplomatic events is determined by the other regime's highest profile, in this case apparently Fist.

Ah, ok. So it is just a fluke that it reduces and also raises by fist in the second option?

It has caught a lot of people off guard before, but is entirely intentional as far as we can tell.
