This has the 1939 scenario fix for the A.I. moving around blowing the new Middle East garrison rule.
Also the North African 1941 Campaign had some terrain issues someone found so I fixed those as well.

I will keep any fixes for scenarios here

I have reuploaded them. I made all units reinforce + update at start of scenarios.

We are playing the 1939 campaign PBEM and we are at the beginning of August 1942. If we install the scenario files in your download, will that screw up our game. Is this going to be added as a hotfix similar to the issue with WPP scenarios?

Nope your save game has all the data.

How can I update these changes in my mod without redoing the whole thing?

Well you made your mod before 1.00.16 right?

So you have to change the map orders and copy paste the associated scripts.

This is the only one you need to add for the Egypt garrison

File/Quit -> Load All Scripts -> save under the scenario name.

No, I did it with patch 1.00.16, my mod is from the 1939 scenario. But not with the scenarios you put in the first post of this thread. So just replace the _changeOrder.txt file?

In the Europe 1939 Small Fleet scenario the Italians still join the axis around October because of the new Middle East garrison rule.

It's the same with the 1939 scenario.

Will this be on Steam?

Yes this is on Steam.

Download the links again and make sure because I tested them and the A.I. sits in place.

I'm re-uploading them again right now in case I forgot. But I thought I did.

1939 Small Fleet scenario the Italians still join the axis around October.

I confirm the issue still occurs with the 1939 base scenario. Italy still joins the Axis in November 1939.

Just to be certain I reinstalled WPE and copied the files in the correct folder, as you instructed.

It is just the scenario that has the issue. It works with new games as the scripts are tied to the scenario.
If you completely reinstalled you put back the scenarios not from the link I posted.

I uploaded them again the 24th just in case I was wrong.

I just spend a good 30m playing both 1939 scenarios.
UK units are holding their positions Italy is not coming in the war.

I am also working on a hotfix patch with Matrix. Hopefully they will get it done soon.

I deleted all the old scenarios & downloaded the new ones & installed. I've started at least 6 games & Italy still joins the Axis. This is the steam version of the game.

Your scenarios are fine, I noticed the Europe 1939 Red Titan scenario keeps appearing in my campaigns folder so it must be steam over righting the new files.

I turned of the internet, installed the files again & started a new 39 campaign & had no problems.

Yea when you install the game it also puts in the scenarios.

I have the Steam version of the game. What has worked for me is the following:
I extracted the scenario files into folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\WarPlan\WarPlan_Data\Campaigns
There is another campaign folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\WarPlan\Campaigns, when extracting the scenario files here it didn't work. Maybe this can help.
I think you have to start a new scenario as with my old saves it didn't worked.

Just grab the scenarios on the link above.

past there to C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games

Performed everything as instructed, and Italy still joins the Axis in November 1939.

Installed the hotfix files into my C://User folder, My Documents folder. Started a new game, and the issue is still there. I do not know what to say. Maybe because my copy is a Steam version?
