Campaign Series Vietnam - PBEM Error

A calculation of Event Points error has been noticed with the latest 1.10 UPDATE during PBEM only. This will likely lead to bloated Event Points for one side (typically the attacking side).
This will be corrected in a very near term 1.11 UPDATE.
This only impacts PBEM play.
