I've bought around 6 games recently and since last week I can no longer purchase anything. I've seen some other posts about this so just thought I would add my frustrations as well and what I have done in case any user is experiencing the same issues.

I tried to buy using the same credit card on the same browser and PC as the previous ones but got an error, tried another card, same error. I was told my support to contact my card company as it was them. I did and they explained everything is ok, you can purchase from Matrix. Support also said wait 24 hours because of their payment system or it will block me.

I've waited more than 24 hours and just tried now and as you guessed - same issue, I cannot purchase games. I tried a different browser just incase some settings were stopping me but even on a fresh browser - no purchase from Matrix.

It's quite frustrating. I am a big steam user but I like to think buying directly helps more and the option to purchase the physical edition is really great. I've obviously emailed support again.

Please fix it. I just want to send money to your account and buy games!

As I've already told you in my reply to your ticket, you'll have to wait until we hear back from BlueSnap regarding your latest issue.
This can take a couple of days.

It sounds like this is an issue with the payment processor, which means we have to wait on their support to inform ours in order to be able to resolve it. There's no general issue with the store, but sometimes very specific issues can come up which have to be handled on a customer by customer basis.

I appreciate the speedy reply to my ticket. I am not complaining in that sense. I just want to buy some stuff!

Hopefully it's nothing crazy and also hope others aren't affected.

What country are you in. If its Russia then talk to Putin about why Steam, Microsoft, Sony, PayPal, Visa, Master Card, etc are denying your order.

I am in a West European country so shouldn't be any issues thanks to Vladimir!

I'm trying to buy War in the East 2 and it's just stuck on the yellow Processing... button.
Bummer. Guess I'll wait a little while. Already been about 5 mins.

Tried again and now it worked.

Its happened again for me. I have sent support but just to highlight. Using a normal bank card, it was first flagged as fraud (i've told the bank twice now its ok) and then once that happens the matrix site seems to stop me from purchasing! Hopefully it can be resolved though.

Same issue for me, last week had to go through paypal to purchase desert war as a prelude to buying Stalingrad this week.
6-7 attempts to purchase including two authenticated by two seperate card providers only to be bounced back to error in cart page.
Matrix customer services had no answers and in the end have not responded with a meaningful answer.
Today same thing again when tying to purchase Stalingrad with the error in cart nonsense having been authenticated by card provider.
I rang my card provider and yep payment was requested but not taken , they suggested it is because Matrix do not have the correct procedure for a payment from the U.K .
I can't even buy it through the PayPal link as i did last week , frustrating to say the least .
Matrix i would love to buy more games from you but you are making this process bloody hard for some reason!

An update from my previous post .
I was able to purchase Stalingrad by going to the Slitherine site and pay using a credit card on PayPal which strangely I couldn't do on the Matrix site ,so go figure that one.
