I am not the scenario designer.
I do not know if this scenario has any PO.
Recently I have been interested in playing scenarios that depict the end of the war in Europe and I came across this particular one which is included in the Alternate Wars mega scenario download. It was made for Vol. 1 and I tried to open it in the editors of both Vol. III and IV. I own both of these games.
Unfortunately the scenario crashed both editors and it seemed as if I couldn't convert it. However I acquired Century of Warfare from here:
https://archive.org/details/the-operati ... arfare.-7z
and opened the scenario in the COW editor. This worked and after saving it I was then able to open it in IV editor and convert it to the latest edition.
This scenario is converted to run in TOAW IV and I have checked it opens and the first turn is playable.
Other than that I have done no further playtesting and so there may be issues running this scenario in the latest version of TOAW.
I will leave it for more experienced people to check these scenarios and determine if there are any problems playing it as a TOAW IV conversion.
