How do you prevent this? I've acquired some Cap ships with troop capability bit the dam things keep loading troops automatically. I don't want to refit them as there firepower is vastly more than anything I can build.

I think if you switch off their automation that should do it

That might me what's causing it, I'll check, but turning it off will also stops automation for anything else so really isn't a solution.

Garrison everything in the troops panel. When you want to load troops just ungarrison or shift troops manually.

That works normally but I also had a transport TF that I wanted to load and the other wass pnching the troops.
