I recently received my Steam Deck and while it may seem like an infamnia, the ability to be able to play WitE2 on it would be amazing. Does anyone else here have a Deck and have they figured out how to get it to run via the proton-based system? As background the steam deck runs on Linux and uses Proton to get games to run through the steam interface. It appears that WitE and WitW run pretty well on older versions but WitE2 does not launch. I can get to the launcher screen but when you hit play the system is unable to locate the .exe file. If anyone has had any luck and can provide step-by-step at a grade school level of how they did it, I’d be eternally grateful!

Unfortunately I don't have the Steam Deck myself. But have you tried to start the game just using the .exe file instead of the launcher?
