I don't think the Allies have any land they can base them if the production is that high.
Suspect the UK has fallen...all of Europe and the Middle East...
Time to invade the US

either way German production isn't too high in general, any lower and they won't stand a chance

While in reality Allied production was overwhelmingly massive against Axis production you can't do this in a WW2 game. The reason is that the Allies made so many tactical mistakes even in 1944 on how the fought the Germans. They lose way more than any intelligent wargamer would allow.
So generally like most grand strategy WW2 board games the ratio of production is usually around 2:1 or 5:2.
If you look at many battles later in the war and remove the combatants then look at the casualties you would think a side won or was a draw when in fact all of them were losses.
Ardennes 1944 casualties were fairly break even, the Germans lost
Kursk 1943 the Soviets suffered crippling losses, the Germans lost
Only in 1944 with Operation Bagration did the Soviets inflict more damage to the Germans than the Germans on them. It took till 1944.
You can't replicate this.
Then there are other matters that are hard to compare. From 1939-1941 Germany outproduced the UK + the USSR in iron ore.
