UV 2.3 patch issue

I have been a great fan of UV since it`s release but recently d/loaded patch 2.3 (manually without True Update - as with all patches 2.0 to 2.2) but now get "UV. Can`t find Data" error message. Please advise. I un-installed and re-installed but the error message reappeared at patch 2.3 (Patch 2.2 is working fine.) Any ideas please?
