Where can I get a copy?

I see that it has been Discontinued but I can't find a copy anywhere.

I got it here:
https://archive.org/details/HorseNMusket it is the Shrapnel games version but it looks the same to me. It's the full game not the demo.The download link is near the bottom. Hope this is what you are looking for.

They were both made by Boku, it must be like Tiller games with versions on HPS, Matrix, WDS. I'm running this on Windows 10 with no problems. Found a bunch of extra scenarios and mods for this on the Internet Archive but I couldn't find a manual anywhere so you have to figure it out yourself. It's old but I still play it because I like games set in this period.
