I attempted move a leader from "Vistar Research Center" to "Vistar Research Station" (or vice-versa can't recall). I selected the drop-down menu, selected the other area, and then clicked sent. When this was unresponsive I repeated this three times which caused the game to begin to stall, it then crashed to desktop a few seconds later.

EDIT: Deleted save file attachment since it was before the stations were even built, if I can replicate it later I'll post a new save file with it set-up.
