[1.0.1.4]Fleet and Ship Upgrade orders Disagree

On my 1st Fleet, the "Retrofit to lastest design" Button is active.
However not a single one of my ships has any upgrades it can do.
If I click the button, the Mission "retrofit" is queued and all ships approach the spaceport, but once they reach it the operation cancels (as there is nothing to retrofit into).

First of all sometimes the Space Port is busy and it will not allow you to retrofit your ships, usually when it is retrofitting itself or repairing, but in this case you have ships, the home made human escorts, that are as far along as they can advance so it will not retrofit. The button is highlighted because the ghost fleet ships can be retrofitted but be forewarned it could be a down grade . I never retrofit the ships received from the Ghost Fleet or captured, the technology advances they have will be lost. I always keep them in a separate fleet(1st Ghost fleet) or send them to a port to retire and get some research bonuses.

I can not retfrotfit the Ghost Fleet and other captures, as i do not have that Hullsize yet.

Yes that is true that is why the button is not working even though it is highlighted, maybe it shouldn't be. Like I said I always separate the ghost ships and captured ships from my own until I'm certain my research technology has gone beyond what those ships are equipped with.
