Would really love a mod for 100 systems and less or even better, if devs put this in game, to select 100 or less.
Would also be nice if someone knows how to edit this to show how to do it.

Was wondering how to do that too, there is probably a correct way to mod that, but my c# skills suck.
You can achieve same effect using cheategnine, go to last game settings screen (before hitting 'start game').
And use cheatengine to find StarCount variable and replace it's value to 100 or whatever) Seems to be working, dunno if something crashes later.
