Music going on and off - no ambient sounds in game?

Hello!
As the title says. In menu I have music. When I start a new game music and sounds (ambient sounds I think) are working. After a few minutes music stops and sometimes starts again after a time. When music is gone the game is completly silent beside of the UI click sounds (these seam to always work)
- ALL my Drivers are latest (Audio, Graphic...)
- I dont use this "ffdshow" mentioned here in the forum.

...or are there no ambient sounds? Like building noise when zooming into building stations, or engine sounds of ships...

I think he's referring to ambient sounds like with the trees and frogs around the lakes and bridges.
