[1.0.1.6]More issues with ship and fleet Upgrade, Designer

This is a continuation (and likely overlap) with this report:

The issues are as following:
1. Despite having Upgrades for every Frigate in the 3rd Fleet, the Fleet Upgrade button is disabeled. Likely beacause the Captured destroyer in it does not have one.
2. The Designer settings from previous games are kept, which plays into the following issues:
2b. Unlocking a new Hullsize does not add the a first model to the designer, if the Role was last on Manual.
2c. Having a model of the size does add a a design to the Designer, if that role was last on manual: Note that I lack Destroyer Tech, yet have a Destroyer model one manual - propably due to that repaired ship.

I'm not quite following this report. If you have the design role set to manual you still get an updated automatic design?

I'm not quite following this report. If you have the design role set to manual you still get an updated automatic design?
2b. You missunderstand. It does not add the Role to the designer. Once I ahve set the Tanker to manual, in all future games;
If I do not manually design a Tanker, there is no tanker design in my entire empire.
Which also means I can not change the setting, as the role is - well, not in the list.

Ran into the same issue. Thought it was user error on my part, but apparently not.

Thank you, understood. We'll work to resolve this as soon as we've fixed the critical issues that are preventing some players from being able to play DW2.

My advise would be to just add a Advisor message "You are missing design X".
Maybe give me a option to have it auto-designed while at it. But at least remind me there is something missing.
