[1.0.1.6]Time prediction for Scrapping ships seems off

You are using a prediction for how long the spaceport is busy right now, to decide where the queue upgrades/repairs/civil ship production.
However, I have the distinct feeling this time is off by a large margin whenever scrapping ships with advanced technology is concerned. For example it claims that in 300 seconds (5 minute) the shipyard is availible, yet I find it doubtfull even the current one will be finished in 300 seconds.

Unforunately I can not say with certainty, as I do not know how long it should take. But my guess is that the slowdown from repairing still applies, but the game ignores it.

Ships that are higher tech level than you do take a long time disassemble or repair and that's by design. If I understand you correctly, you're saying this is not being reflected in the construction queue once the ship is being disassembled?

Correct, something in the Queue time predictions is off. Maybe it only accounts for the currently disassembled ship? Maybe it is not accounting for the increased tiem from tech difference. But the numbers just do not seem to match.
