No MPP loss raiding with battleships

I'm raiding convoy lanes with battleship (always with mode raider selected) but enemy don't lose MPPs (or at least, don't appear message announcing MPPs raided).

Playing WIE 9.1 mod, I was raiding convoy lanes with Bismarck and a sub. In summary appears a message with the MPP raided by sub, cruiser or battlecruiser, but no message appears announcing the MPP raided by Battleship.

Same happens playing with 653H mod, I was raiding Murmansk route with a German Battleship and no allied MPP were lost.

Can be a bug?

I've just checked the official 1939 campaign and Battleships are definitely set to inflict MPP losses when raiding, and I ran a test and there was both a message and an MPP loss.

Could it be that the settings are different in the mods you've mentioned?

You can always test this out in Hotseat Mode, comparing the official 1939 campaign with these mods, e.g. using a British Battleship to raid the Norway convoy line.

If you do this, a message should appear at the end of the Axis turn, as well as at the start of the next Allied turn, and a raiding loss will also appear in the Reports -> Graphs -> Convoys for Germany.

If it was a major-major line, maybe the 1st major's MPP transfer was set to zero?

In WIE game, it was the same convoy line raided by my sub (U-35) and my battleship (Bismarck). No messages announcing MPPs lost by BB, but there was messages indicating MPPs lost by sub.

There was another lines raided by cruiser and battlecruiser, and there was messages announcing losses caused by both warships.

I did a hotseat test playing WIE mod with Bismarck raiding 3 different lines and the BB causes MPP loss and the message of MPPs lost appears. So at least in hotseat it works. I will check again in multiplayer game.

Could all the MPP traversing the convoy line have been lost to other raider(s) first?

Taxman66 - It could be that, happened to me in a game recently, I had two U-Boats on the Egypt convoy, but only one reported MPP losses, but the Axis were in Alexandria, so presumably less MPPs going out on the convoy. In such cases, I presume the raider doesn't lose supply, as it's not torpedoing anything?
