If Germany has occupied Yugoslavia, but Italy occupies Greece, will the MPP resource values of Greece's cities and towns be the same as if Germany had occupied Greece (but obviously going to Italy, rather than Germany)? Thinking this might be worth it to help Italy's economy a little, though Germany would usually benefit more due to higher Production Tech.

In principle yes, the determinant being their strength, and they should be able to reach strength 8, Partisans permitting of course, in either case.
