Research Station Build Issue

Found a granite library on a planet. It is in the potential research station lists. But if I right click with a constructor it on the planet it will only build a mining base. If I click on the planet in the potential research station list to build with a constructor nothing happens. But if I auto a constructor to build research stations it moves to build there. So I guess auto works but manual does not. Should it not give the option when you right click on the planet to build a mining station or research station?

Can you show a screenshot of the location bonuses? Maybe the granite library is not a true library, just a tourist destination.
Also does a long-right click build up the menu for building at a destination?
And what about the selection panel, what does that show?

And what is Valiant Renegade doing, is that construction ship flying to a base to pick up resources to build the research station? Or is it already on its way?

It picked up and on it's way. But like I said I could only auto to do it...
What is a long right click?
Ah I see now that gives me the option!

A lot of game objects have that method of accessing that context menu associated with them.
