Does having a hostile land unit next to a port hex block port supply now? Think I remember reading this somewhere, but can't find this in the latest manual. Thanks

Yes.

Be aware that there are cases/hexes where the port is not blocked because the hex is not really adjacent to the port due to the way the map is shaped.

Thanks, am pretty sure the hex I'm thinking about is properly adjacent to the port.
