Suggestion:
Ships should have a highlighted background until they are leaving the Spaceport (they can be given missions).
Question #1
Is there a way to turn off suggestions to build a mining station at lower level places. Example, the AI continually wants me to build mining stations at a place with 15% that I do not want.
Question #2
After I research Early Pulse Weapons and Early Beam Weapons my ship's strength always goes down. Why? Shouldn't ship strength go up with newer technology.
