I use the Right Mouse Button to shift the map around. But sometimes the game stops responding to the RMB (arrow keys still working). Have to save the game, reload and everything works fine again (and for a while). I tried to figure out what were the conditions for this annoying behavior - but I couldn't.

Make sure it isn't mechanical first.

This error has never been reported in the last 2.5 years

The first thing I've checked was my mouse
But it is working perfect.

Ok, now I figured out how to reproduce this behavior. If you like I can send you a short mp4 clip via email or if you like better I can try to explain what I did.

Played a bit around and found a very simple way to reproduce the behavior:
1) start a new game.
2) close the initial report window.
3) click Combat Log button
4) click Losses tab
5) click Current tab.
6) close Combat Log.
-> RMB does not work anymore.

But additionally I found:
7) click Build button.
8) close Production Window.
-> RMB works again!

Thanks for giving me the list. Now I can investigate it.

I could not replicate this.

I might have fixed this already.

The way this works is if a unit is NOT selected, you aren't changing hotkeys, and theRMB is down
