Game is running on full auto with activated suppress popup messages.
Getting spammed as Boskara whether I wanna buy access to a planet for 50k. Spam stops if I deactivate message suppression and accept the offer.

This happened to me, and a few others have reported it as well. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game fixed it for me. No need to delete saves or anything.
