Task Force Information Screen question

So, I've been going over videos and the manual and can't find an answer to this, it's probably crazy obvious and expects me to extrapolate from other info, but!

On the TF info screen
What do this line mean?
Moves(m/c) x/y, fuel xxx/y(z)

I'm fairly sure it's moves (mission/cruise) hexes/hexes, fuel "total/needed"(per hex)

Is this correct?

Is this correct?
Moves- It's the max number of hexes that can be moved per movement phase/hexes at current speed per movement phase.
Fuel is a bit more complicated. At current speed and movement orders it's the amount of fuel left the end of the turn/the amount of fuel required to get back to home port at the end of a turn. If the figures are red you don't have enough fuel for your current speed/movement orders. The figure in brackets after is the (number of hexes) to home port via the destination hex.

Close, on the fuel - but the figures are not the amount of fuel (in tons) but the fuel range in hexes. So - max range, range to destination, and range from present position to destination and back to home port. The AI does not take into account any refueling plans you may have, such as a waypoint at a port along the route so you can top up fuel.

In addition to the red range figures when the current fuel is not enough to get to destination and back to base, you get a message in the Ops Report that TF XX does not have enough fuel to complete the mission. Sometimes the TF will abort the mission and head for home base, so you must set these TFs to Absolute, Direct routing and ensure they can refuel somewhere enroute if you want them to do the mission.

Also, to add.

Calculation does not take account presence of AO in task force (fleet oiler that can refuel ships, if loaded with fuel).
