Getting a message asking me to register my account with Matrix. When I follow the steps I'm back to square 1 and I still can't log in.

Hopefully this is just a temporary problem?

@Bill/Hubert - can you call your friends at Slitherine/Matrix to see if they can prioritize getting this fixed?

same here (With WaW and with SC-WW1)
edit: 3 tries each match:

This message will pop up even after entering my account password.
Not willing to re-register as prompted with my bonafides as I don't want to hazard the mad hamster running round the server causing this mayhem.

Same issue. Something about "this serial number has not been registered" when I try to log in. I run the game on Steam FYI.

Seems this glitch is not even as a few people I know don't have this problem with the PBEM server, but others do obviously.
I went ahead and contacted Slitherine Support. Here's their email address: Slitherine.co.uk

Unless this gets resolved on its own..I would suggest contacting them about this. Barrages sometimes get attention.

Thanks but that doesn't look like an email address. Email address form is usually something@something.com - but I see no @ symbol in the email you posted. Thanks.
