When trying to log on the PBEM server... I get this message: "this serial number has not been registered" when I try to log in.
This message will pop up even after entering my account password.
Not willing to re-register as prompted with my bonafides as I don't want to hazard the mad hamster running round the server causing this mayhem.

Send a report of this issue to Slitherine Support also.

btw..running two games that are going on YouTube, so getting this issue resolved soon would be great.

I think I had the same problem. I wrote the same report to Slitherine.
Did you register your game at the Matrix-Site? I mean the Matrix-Member site (not the Forum). I never did it. But after i did id a few minutes ago, i could login to PBEM ++ normaly.

The server was fixed by the time I got to read this and try what you recommended. Cheers
