Hi,

I have motly turned all automations off except for ship design and retrofiting. I noticed when I sometimes create a new design manually it gets altered later on anyway (the advisor is mostly adding beam weapons exceeding hull size to my manually designed ships. Dont know why).
My question: I have an important mining station which gets attacked often. In order to defend it I added fighter bays e.g. to be more of a capable "fighting" mining station. However, these station gets retrofited automaticaly (because I have it automated). I want all mining stations to be retrofited automatically except this one. Is there any possibility?

In the ship designer panel, have you turned retrofit for that model of ship to manual?
