I installed DW2 on a portable drive because I often move between machines. However, trying to launch the game from a machine different than the one I used for install gets me a "registration not detected" error (see below). This is a Matrix Game install and my serialreg.txt looks fine. Is there something modified in the registry of the machine used for installation?

In my extensive testing for the Crash in Battles i came across a Matrix Game Folder in C:\Windows.
C:\Windows\Matrix Games\Distant Worlds 2\

Maybe you need to move this files too to appear registered?

Thanks for pointing that out. During all the Beta I ran the game on several portable drives and never heard of that separate system folder. I'll give it a shot.
