Just a flavor thing, but it would be more immersive if all planets in the starting system had unique names instead of being labelled sequentially. Curiously, if the homeworld is a moon, any sister moons currently do come with unique names, but the planet they're all orbiting still carries just a sequential name.

Seconded, possibly moddable or otherwise pre-settable,

in DW:U I always renamed my Homesystem into Sol Secundus and all the planets similiar to our system switched to greece
( Hermes, Aphrodite, Gaia, Ares, Kronos, Zeus, Asshole, Poseidon, Hades )

Yes this really bugs me. Always bugged me in DW1 too.

"We are the Grand Imperium of Alpha Centauri 7". You just wouldn't call your home planet anything like that! Spoils my immersion every time. Tbh ideally every planet in your home system should have a proper name - albeit i understand the name list might not be long enough to do that for 20 empires and still have enough spares for the other stars.

Would also be neat just to have a "randomise name" button for planets or new colonies (a lot of other 4X games have this, i think)
