Some notes about manually setting your resources levels

1. If you switch to manual the stockpile of a station, planet, spaceport, be sure to do the same for anything that handles the same stock, or you'll still be considered having automated stock. In my current game it's after I switched to manual the planet (one menu down), the spaceport and the research station that I could at last control my stockpile.
2. Each stockpile has a max capacity, if you see you can't raise one category, lower another and wait for the stock to diminish from usage and transportation. Tip: Add more cargo components to your space port if need be.
3. In case of caslon shortage, make a tour of your space stations, switch to manual and reduce from 3200 to 500 the Caslon you want to store there. It will help a lot, particularly if you said (unwisely I believe) yes to all requests of mining stations constructions.
