At this point I have a fair idea how to play Axis, but not really ready for any Soviet expert players.

-No Air AI
-Locked HQ
-Patch by agreement
-No house rules
-Not looking for a fast paced game at this stage although my opponent can go through their turn as quickly as they like.
There will probably be an AAR here. PM if interested.
