Can you create a defense base ? i noticed there is no specific model for it.

You have to research the technology to build a defensive base....GP

ok, cool. as long as its a thing. haven't gotten that far in the game yet i guess. use to also create small mases with just medical and recreation on it, maybe that is still an option too ?

Not in the same way, but you can design minimalistic space ports to save on cost.

I really think they should add another size increase for the Defensive Bastions.

Yes unfortunately, and the advisor AI has a love affair with them.

I realized that you can not place these bases where you want. For other bases you can right click with a constructor but for these bases only buildable from the planet menue (I think spaceports too). I would like to have my defense stations directly next to my space port.

Not being able to place them where I want is disappointing

We used to have a "space base" design in DWU that could be used for making the mini-station for med/rec buff.

I make a minimal monitor station to put on planets without spaceports.
