Hi all,

I noticed my money being drained away for some reason.

After some looking around I realized the AI was building planetary bastions everywhere. This surprised me as I use the suggestions only planetary facility building settings. I noticed in further testing that my advisors stop building facilities when I switch the planetary facility buildings setting to fully manual.

Given that I am being completely swamped by combat messages in lategame perhaps something is auto accepting the recommendations? Furthermore, I don't appear to receive the planetary faciltiy building notifications at all before the building process initiates for whatever is recommended.

I've attached my settings and expenses screens in this message.

I noticed a similar thing with military ships being constructed even though it was full manual.
I think, in my case at least, for a brief moment I clicked auto when looking through the settings, and that caused a load of ships to be queued even though I switched straight back to manual. Because I had queues already it was a while before I noticed and thought, why are escorts being queued up in my yards?
Once I went through and cancelled all the build orders it didn't happen again... yet...
No idea if this is related to this issue, but just in case anyone makes the same mistake as me...

Bug still exists in 1.0.3.5 version. Bad way to sap money from the player.
