Any way to forbid tourism and focus on migration?

Hey folks!

i´ve noticed that migration is progressing SUPER slowly. In DW:U there was a AI option "enage in tourism" which could speed up migration, if disabled. In DW2, it seems a passanger ship always do a tourism tour after a migration tour.

In my current playthrough, i have 25 passanger ships which could speed up the pop development of new colonies.. if they would..

If i look at AI players, they dont seem to have this "problem" and get huge pop counts on new founded colony MUCH faster, then the player does

Am i just blind or is there no AI option in DW2 to forbid tourism to focus on migration?

could try never building resort bases? not like they do anything any ways

but yes migration seems next to non-existent, except when that -20 sustainability race pops up with 1k pops and drains your econ

No resort bases are a way to minimize tourism but it seems that even in the start (as teekan) passenger ships do tourist trips to somewhere ever other trip
